Totally wrong for my blood type
Blood Type A
Eat: Low fat vegetarian, high carb, and lots of grain, fish
Avoid: Red meat, dairy. Pistachios
Exercise: Light, also suggests you meditate often
I was falling asleep around 2 pm, after I gave up Carbs I no longer felt tired all the time. Now this book is telling me I should eat a high carb diet to be healthier. When I know that it is detrimental for me to eat carbs. Where is his research.. oh ya.. he doesn't have any.
Eat Right Four Your Blood Type
Everyone should read this book for a healthy elderly life style. I'm 52yo with "A" blood type, I have gone from meat and potatoes, to a vegetables fish and chicken.
Disagree with ideas
While the book is interesting, for me personally after years of yo-yo dieting, I do not agree with the suggested way of eating for my blood type. I know what works for me and what doesn't at this point and following the eating plan for my blood type would not work.
