Excellent
The reason I choose this book is because I have always been on the path of enlightenment and how I can better myself, makes more positive things happen for myself, be a better person, and help others. This was just in along line of books I have read and it is for excellent reading. But you must believe that awesome things can happen in your life and that YOU have the power to do anything you want.
Excellent book
This is a very good book that teaches you in detail, how to meditate and advance to the next steps of the Silva Mind Control Method. I highly recommend it.

One of my favorites
This book is one of my favorites since I first bought it over 20 years ago. I was introduced to it when I was having serous health issues. The active meditation helped me to steer my thoughts away from fear, and see myself as healthy. It was not magic that gave me my healthy results. It was a combination of many things, starting with changing my thoughts, learning how to treat my life as a miracle itself and the change I made in my actions. Great book that helps you take control of your life. Lots of smart techniques that work.
The most useful book I have ever read!
This book has changed my life. It has taught me how to use my subconscious mind to my advantage, instead of letting it control me. It is indescribable how effective and useful this book is. I've attempted to get into lower brain wave states for years, and never really succeeded, until one day I decided to try the first exercise in this book, and magically, I went right into low alpha! I also cannot overstate how important this book is for good health. The exercises in this book, can help improve sleep, creativity, concentration, memory, anxiety, stress and much more. If you're even remotely interested in lower brain wave states then this book is an essential. To date, its the best book I have ever read!
