This journal accompanies a most informative book on perimenopause and menopause. It explains the changes a woman goes through on every level. It was very practical guide to navigating perimenopause and staying healthy. Remember though, it is just the opinion of one doctor. I discussed it with my own dr. and he was able to clarify some things for my own personal health.
Wisdom of Menopause Journal
well I'll tell you the book gives you a lot to think about but its worth it, she really understands us,(women) and I think its so helpful, and it makes you do what you have to in order to keep healthy. If you follow the steps. But really most of all it is a wonderful thing to leave your children. Just think of it your daughters and Grandchildren can learn so much about their own health, as to what to expect and what part genes may play in their lives.
The Wisdon of Menopause
I was disappointed with this book. I should have read the title-regarding Journal. This is like a daily log of one's life-symptoms, not really helpful.

I ordered the book after hearing the author on TV. The journal was very interested and helpful but I would prefer the book and not the journal.

This is a great journal book. Can be read in 1 afternoon but is very helpful in keeping a journal of your own health. After reading I felt it was important for others so I passed the book around. This is a great gift for anyone facing these issues.
