someone didn't double check the name
Somebody didn't check the name of the book when writing the entry in Amazon. This is the LAB MANUAL, not the text book and the only indication of any difference in Amazons page is 2 digits of the ISBM which I took to be paperback vs hardcover.
Excellent Textbook
I believe the previous reviewer doesn't have the correct book and didn't use the ISBN number to locate it on amazon. I have this book in hardcover and found it to be an excellent reference textbook for my welding class. This is not a fill-in workbook.
Welding Technology Fundamentals (Laboratory Manual)
This book is misrepresented. It is a workbook, a fill-in-the-blanks book that absolutely requires the textbook as a companion. If you are teaching from the textbook, this would be the students notebook. This should not be called a manual. There is no useful information in this book. Without the textbook edition it is worthless and if you have the textbook, what do you need this manual for. What a waste of money.
